Adam is responsible for site selection, acquisitions, project management, and business development. Adam cultivated a passion for real estate during his senior year while taking sales and real estate courses.

He graduated with a BS in Business from Montana State University in 2022. His passions include building long lasting relationships, making a difference, and giving back.

In his free time, you can find him working out at the gym, golfing, and spending time on the lake or in the mountains.

Buckley is responsible for market entry analysis, site selection, acquisitions, entitlement, permitting and project management for build-to-suit and hospitality development projects.

After graduating from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Finance in 2015, Buckley immediately began his real estate development career working with a team that produced approximately fifty locations annually as a preferred developer for a national retailer.

Buckley is passionate about delivering results, serving others and developing quality relationships through his work. His purpose in life is driven by God, his wife Lily, daughter Lucy, and their two English cockers. Buckley and his family live in Thomasville, GA. He enjoys spending time outdoors and golfing in his free time.

Curt is a co-founder and the Managing Principal of Pursuit Development. In his role as Managing Principal Curt is responsible for Pursuit’s investment strategy, execution and capitalization for Pursuit’s development & partnership activities. Curt’s passion for real estate development began in 2002 when he completed his first build to suit. Since then he has been involved with ground up development, value-add redevelopment, lease negotiation, permitting, rezoning, wetland mitigation, budget & financial analysis, market entry assistance and disposition of completed projects.

Prior to co-founding Pursuit Development, Curt served as Executive Vice President of Development and Leasing for Stafford Properties. Curt earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. Curt lives in Albany, GA with his wife Shanna and their four children: Annabelle, Luke, Susan and Clara.

Karlo is responsible for site selection, acquisitions, entitlement, permitting and project management. Karlo’s journey in real estate began during law school. While in the classroom, he was most passionate about courses in real estate finance, M&A, contract drafting and negotiations, which led him to pursue a career in real estate.

Upon graduation, he joined a commercial real estate firm in Atlanta focusing on multi-family projects. Since then, Karlo has been involved in various aspects of real estate including ground up apartment developments, condominiums, hospitality and retail.

Karlo earned a J.D. from Emory Law School. Outside of the office, you can find him enjoying a cigar with friends or scuba diving.

Matt is responsible for site selection, acquisitions, entitlement, permitting and project management for Retail development projects.

After graduating from Auburn University in 2016, Matt began his career on the Real Estate Development Team for Circle K Stores, Inc. After being promoted from an analyst, he was responsible for bringing new stores into the Southwest Florida & Huntsville, Alabama markets. Matt was a part of a team responsible for opening 23 stores during his 5-year tenure.

Outside of the office, you will find Matt enjoying a round of golf. He is also a big Tampa Bay Bucs, Tampa Bay Lightning and Auburn Tiger Fan.

Noah is responsible for site selection, project management, entitlement and underwriting for hospitality and retail projects.

During his senior year, Noah began working with Pursuit Development in site selection and underwriting. He then graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Real Estate and began full-time at Pursuit.

Outside of the office, you will find Noah golfing, hunting, and spending time with his wife, Chloe, and their dog, Samson.

Terrence specializes in business development initiatives for Pursuit Development as well as new client relationship opportunities.

Terrence comes to Pursuit with over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Since graduating from the University of Florida and receiving his masters from Rollins college, he has worked in the investment space with CNL Lifestyle Properties REIT, as well as the commercial brokerage space with a focus in retail leasing and tenant representation. Terrence also founded the Franklin Street retail brokerage division of Orlando in 2016 until leaving in 2023 to partner with Pursuit.

Outside of the office you will find him experiencing the outdoor with his wife of 20 years and three children. Terrence also loves to cook.
